What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused kits within 14 days of receipt. We charge a flat rate of $9 for return and restocking fees, which will be deducted from your refund.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to any US address is free for orders $50 and up.
Products & Kits
What’s included in my kit?
Each kit includes two types of czech and/or Japanese glass beads, a mother of pearl letter bead, pre-measured beading wire, a silver plated magnetic clasp, and an instruction booklet.
Do I need any extra tools?
No tools are required to complete your kit, but some people like to use a pair of household or kitchen scissors to trim the ends of their wire.
Are there instructions I need to follow?
Instructions are provided in your kit for guidance, but feel free to mix it up and make your own patterns and designs.
Are all kits the same?
Beads are like people - every one is a little unique. We source our glass seed beads directly from the finest manufacturers in Europe and Japan. Because they’re all made with special glass techniques, each bead might be slightly different in size and color variation. We think this makes our pieces extra special, ensuring that no two Caboodle kits are the same.
What if I want to add additional letters?
Extra letters can be purchased for an additional $7 / letter on our website.
Can I mix colors?
Our only multicolor offering right now is the mixed assortment. All other colors come in monochrome pairs at the moment.
Is this a solo activity or can I do it with friends?
Either/or! Caboodle kits are designed to be done solo or with friends. Each kit contains enough materials for one necklace, so if you plan to craft with friends be sure to order additional kits.
How many necklaces can I make with each kit?
Each kit contains enough materials to complete one necklace.
Do you offer bulk purchase discounts or custom orders?
We do! Please email hello@caboodle.shop for more information on bulk and custom ordering.
Where can I find Caboodle in the real world?
We’re only available online at our website at the moment, but check our instagram (@caboodle.shop) for more information on local pop-ups and collaborations.
How long will it take me to complete my project?
The project should take approximately one hour to complete.
Is this suitable for kids?
Caboodle is not recommended for kids under the age of 12.
